You will accomplish the following physical wellness milestones. • Sit without faulty loading in the neck and shoulders. • Stand with symmetrical loading through the neck and shoulders. • Walk with symmetrical loading through the neck. • Get in/out of bed and chair healthy loading through the neck. • Pick objects off the floor using a hip hinge strategy to keep neutral spine alignment. • Lift objects overhead with a 2-part lifting strategy to ensure healthy loading through the shoulders and neck.
